Hello, everyone! Remember every day I give you all a new fun activity to do, that's right today's fun activity is going to be in the kitchen. We are going to make an oreo mug cake that is mouth-watering. And it is an eggless too, so get ready with your apron.
Utensils you will need are:
1) A spoon (or something to mix with)
2) Measuring tools (example= a tablespoon)
3) A mug
Reminder= You need a microwave to make this recipe.
Ingredients you will need are:
1) All-purpose flour = 4 tablespoons
2) Chocolate powder = 1/2 teaspoon
3) Sugar = 3 tablespoons
4) Baking powder = 1/2 teaspoon
5) Oreo biscuit (Make sure to crush the Oreos, do not crush them too much or they will become like powder. Crush them in a way they are still a little chunky = 3 and a 1/2 pieces
6) Milk = 3 tablespoon
7) Oil ( I recommend using sunflower oil or vegetable oil) = 1 tablespoon
8) Vanilla extract = 1 teaspoon
9) Icecream (optional topping) = 1 small scoop
10) Chocolate syrup (optional topping) = 1 tablespoon
Method:
Step 1= In a mug, mix all the dry ingredients(except the Oreos) until well combined.
Step 2= Start adding all the wet ingredients, and mix until nice and creamy(make sure there are no dry ingredient lumps in it)
Step 3= Take three crushed Oreos and add it into the mixture, then fold the Oreos into the mixture.
Step 4= Put your mug into the microwave and microwave it for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, making sure it doesn't spill over the mug. Tip= Stick in a toothpick into the mug. once you lift it, there should be nothing stuck on it (like wet batter), this means your mug cake is all ready to come out of the microwave.
Step 5= let your mug cake cool outside the microwave for one minute.
Step 6= Add your icecream(optional) on the mug cake. Then add half a crushed oreo on top of the ice cream. Add chocolate syrup(optional) on top of it.
Your all done. Enjoy your mouth water Oreo mug cake. Please leave a like on this recipe. Bon Appetit!
